ABOUT
Calum Milan Best (born February 6, 1981 in San Jose, California), the son of football legend Angie and hanger on George Best.
Best has worked as a model for Calvin Klein and Armani, but is mostly known around the London club scene as a playboy.
He has reputedly bedded many models, page-three girls and other female celebrities (the likes of Anni Lichtenberg and Rachel Almeida). In 2005, he took part in the ITV reality show Celebrity Love Island in both 2005 and 2006. He won the second series during the final on 28 August '06.
In September 2006 he appeared on ITV2's "Calum, Fran and Dangerous Danan" in which he spent 2 weeks with Paul Danan and Fran Cosgrove, travelling from Texas to Los Angeles on America's Route 66. Along the way they had to earn money for their own food and petrol by working in various places such as Restaurants, Garages, Ranches and Nightclubs. The boys completed their 1200 mile journey in just under 2 weeks and despite a few problems with their Cadillac (and not to mention serious lack of food and money) the trip was regarded a success by all 3 boys.
He is apparently planning to appear on the new series of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! in November 2006.
Calum Best has appeared in Sky's "The Match" in October 2004, and E4's "Fool Around" in April 2005 when he succesfully spotted the 'True Single'.
Also in April 2005 Calum Best picked up Company magazine's Bachelor of the Year Award.
Calum Best was one of the celebrities contestants on the reality television series, "Celebrity Love Island" in 2005.
In 2006, in the absence of any other bookings, Calum Best returned to Love Island.
And started getting close to Bianca Gascoigne, which annoyed Leo Ihenacho, who told Celebrity Love Island: "All I know is that Calum thinks with his loins. He is loins based ..."
In the end, though, Calum Best won the 2006 Love Island with Bianca Gascoigne voted the winning woman.
